General Policy
All payments made to Smoothout Solution are non-refundable and non-transferable. By purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge and accept that the services involve time, expertise, and administrative processes that begin immediately upon confirmation of payment.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
Immigration services (e.g., work permits, naturalisation, visa extensions, dependent visas)
CV building, career coaching, and interview preparation
Business consulting services
Document assessments, form preparations, and strategy sessions
Once payment is made, we are unable to accommodate cancellations, changes in personal circumstances, or adjustments to service timelines unless agreed in writing before service delivery begins.
Mentorship Services (Limited Cancellation Window)
For mentorship programs, a full refund may be granted only if requested in writing within 48 hours of the first session. Requests must be submitted to info@smoothoutsolution.com, explaining the reason for cancellation.
If a refund is granted:
All services will be terminated immediately
Any scheduled sessions will be cancelled
You may receive a partial refund for any undelivered sessions, at our discretion
Refunds are not available for:
Missed appointments
Dissatisfaction with outcomes beyond our control (e.g., visa rejections, job placements)
Service Modifications
Smoothout Solution reserves the right to decline service modification requests once work has commenced. If you need to reschedule a consultation or session, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Responsibility and Communication
It is the client’s responsibility to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Respond to emails and document requests in a timely manner
Meet required deadlines for submission
We are not responsible for delays or outcomes caused by inaccurate information, missed deadlines, or non-cooperation.
